Happy baking, people! I’m going to sort quail before they are too awake.

My tiny study and summary of cocoa.

Cocoa is strongly believed to have numerous health benefits...

Cocoa: according too studies made has been with us since the Maya Civilisation in central America. It was introduced too the Europeans by the Spanish conquerors during the 16th century.

Cocoa powder is made by crushing the cocoa bean.

Bennfits.

Polyphenols: is a natural antioxidant which we find in fruits vegetables, wine and teas.

Over processing: Will "reduce the health benefits". Which explains why many of us cannot consume certain brands.

One study: made on 157,809 people found that higher consumption of cocoa, reduced heart disease, strokes lowered blood pressure, improved cholesterol as well as lowering blood sugar levels. In addition it is thought to improve blood flow to the brain which reduces anxiety and depression.

Theophylline: Found in cocoa
May help our lungs to dilate and could potentially ease asthma symptoms.

final note: It has been used for many centuries and is used in most countries.

I will write some of the details out when I'm more awake :)
Here as promised is my summarised version of cocoa.

Welcome!

Nice looking baked goods!
Beautiful Baked. I so miss baking. I am not feeling STABLE enough yet. Dr. said the surgery he performed would cause pain and heal slowly....but when healed it would be STRONGER. Looking forward to
stronger days. I do my exercise and DO WHAT Doctor advises. It does
heal slowly. I had a break in left leg and left hip. A double WHAMMY< Aria

Good morning! I'm trying to cook up and freeze the butternut squash left from last year. I have the space in the freezer after cleaning it out, and the squash is starting to go soft and get some bad spots.

The chickens will enjoy getting the seed cavities!
Guess I’d better check mine. They were still good last look. Our freezers are full, so hopefully they are fine
