Had a go at the Hovis bread today. I used 7g of yeast as I didnt have the Hovis yeast. And did 200g of the Hovis flour to 300g AP. Its turned out like a mushroom lol. Hopefully will go nice with dinner.

No I dont have a mixer or a bread machine so did it by hand.

Kneading can help get out your frustration!

I do a combination of both kitchenaid kneading and hand kneading
