Great looking rolls!

I love this cream cheese frosting for cinnamon rolls, you put it on while the rolls are still warm: #10
Thank you! That recipe is just what I was looking for! Thank you very much😊
Welcome to the Baker's thread :frow Your dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls look fantastic :drool
Thank you!

Hey everyone 👋
I just started using my bread machine for making dough. I’ve made bread many times but never tried the dough setting. So glad I finally did! My hands are bad so making bread dough takes a lot out of me. Now I get to make some of my favorites with hardly any effort on my part!
Today I made dinner rolls. View attachment 2593473View attachment 2593474
Ive made cinnamon rolls twice now. I need to use bread flour next time and I want to try the bread machine yeast too.
Also curious if anyone has a good cream cheese frosting recipe for the icing. I always make a vanilla powder sugar glaze, but I want something different. View attachment 2593475
Nice!

Having something to knead the dough really helps those with arthritis and other issues that make the hands weak!

It does. I love kneading dough, but it’s just too much now unfortunately.
This “dough” setting has me so happy. I can still get my hands on the dough without having to do all the kneading work. 😁
That is good news!
