Any Home Bakers Here?

I made GF bread yesterday. I used store bought eggs because I'm saving my eggs for a gift for a friend. (I only have 3 hens. Next year, this shouldn't be an issue!)

The dough was slightly off, and the loaf has that "stepped on" look of so many GF breads. It tastes ok, though.
 
Baked allot the last couple days.. Only photo was from a pullman loaf for BF.. Baked out at this point
