Actually started yesterday because the recipe said to rest 30 min to overnight

It is still raining here. The storms are coming from the Gulf area.

My slicer arrived. Duckling got to make the first few slices. I have only gotten to do one so far. The sourdough bread was baked this morning. So far, Duckling has raved when I’ve used it for french toast. She finally had some bread and butter. She highly approves!
