Any Home Bakers Here?

Dried apricots are my favorite it cookies!

I really like them in the breakfast cookie (or just plain)!

Today I used my kitchen shears to cut them up instead of using a knife...much easier. I'm probably the only baker that didn't know that trick

I made pb apple treats for the dog again. He gets so excited about them! It’s funny to see that he likes them better than anything I buy.
