Hi bakers! My cousin's 14 year old son learned to bake sourdough recently and loves it so much he put together a wonderful youtube tutorial. If I didn't KNOW he was 14 I wouldn't have believed it.

It’s finally raining here so I’m going to take a break from gardening and do some baking/cooking today. I want to put up some freezer meals probably some mini pot pies, pancakes and maybe some chicken soup. I also might make some cookies or bread if I feel up too it/have time.

Currently the latest foster kitten who is a semi feral is curled up on my chest purring so I’m not sure when I’ll get too it lol.

Thats good, keep on baking Aria its good for you.

The chocolate is melty, have to eat it quick once its out of the fridge.. but it tastes good and much better than shop bought. Healthier. I'm using coconut butter, think I need edit its cacao butter.. to make it set better.

Good job on taming the kitten!

I used to tame them growing up. I would catch them and make them stay with me at night.
