It seems that coffee cakes have streusel and are not frosted...and like Aria said, it goes well with coffee!

Not sure how that one happened, but it was a mess.

Forgot to lock it down with the lever in the back??

I can see what's going on in my stainless bowl. At 6'2" I'm looking straight down into it. I would guess most people would have to be sitting to see through the side of a glass bowl.

I need to educate myself on how to use rhubarb.

I mostly just make rhubarb sauce. Basically applesauce with a lot of sugar.
