Made with pudding rice milk cinnamon and cardamom.

I see you have all been busy every time I come in here I want to bake a loaf

Made some vietnamese bread rolls today. Ended up a bit darker than I would have liked, but the crumb is nice, and sooooo fluffy

based loosely on this recipe, without the bread improver or vit C.

Is it possible to bake this recipe in one whole loaf. I do not have the baking pan needed but would love to try baking this.

I've written down all the ingredients but I do not have the bread inprover mentioned in the clip.

Nevertheless I have to bake later. I haven't even a crumb here today

Reduce the recipe to 1 cup of liquid. One cup equals one 9 inch bread loaf.

As a toddler, Duckling made the sourdough pizza dough all the time. She lost the knack to efficiently measure things, but today was the day to regain it. I didn’t even look as I had her make my standard pizza dough, and even use the stand mixer. I’m happy to say it looks okay, so I think she measured everything okay.

Dang, I have enough milk and (store bought, grrr!) eggs to make rice pudding. I love rice pudding!

My problem is that DH doesn't. I will eat it all myself. And I've lost 2 of the 10 pounds that I want to go away.
