Special Oatmeal Cookies Camera needs charging sorry photo later: New Recipe Makes 4 dozen cookies: 4 cups Oats Pour 1/2 cup hot water over in a bowl. Let sit In Mixer Bowl: 1/2 cup room temperature butter 1/2 T oil 2 t vanilla begin to mix Add 1/2 cup sugar , 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 eggs keep mixing. Add 2 cups AP Flour 1 t baking
soda 1/2 T cinnamon 1/4 t salt. Add your oats keep
mixing (add 1/3 at a time while you mix) Add 1 cup
choc chips, 1/2 c golden raisins, 1/2 cup dark raisins, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 c dried cherries, 1 cup walnuts or pecans. Mix. Drop 1 T
bake 350 degree oven 13-15 minutes. Recipe makes 4 dozen cookies.

80 degrees,,,family coming tomorrow. Baked 3 loaves Sourdough Honey Oat. And tried different tin sizes 8 1/2 x 4 best for 3 loaves. Baking Loaded

Icing is a pink fizz icing tub, used half of it so will have to use it up in the week.
