trying hard to use up my 50lb of very meh flour

3.5 lbs of flour in this one. Thinking of upping it to 5lbs and doing a 6 loaf bake next. Maybe even revive my starter and make sourdough loaves... lol!

Here you go Aria .
I think if you use the cake pan size she says to use (20cm square). You will get a thicker cake topping. I dont have a pan/tin that size so used my pyrex dish.
