My starter is named PennyJo. She was crafted using Pennys recipe right here on the baking thread. She has been working hard this week. Tonight will be the third loaf I’ve baked this week! It’s over 90 here but once it’s so hot does it matter if the oven is running? Tonight I’m starting a loaf for my neighbor Bernie who gave me most of the starts for my vegetable garden. He’s worth it! I forgot to say it was his birthday yesterday.
