Any Home Bakers Here?

It's supposed to get hot and humid again, so I'm taking advantage of the cool morning to bake some grownies.

I got the air fryer lid for my 6 qt Instant Pot. If I'd known how much I'd love it, I would have gotten one for my 8qt IP. It'll be great for stuff for just DH and me, but I wish it were bigger.

I want to try the baking and roasting settings eventually. But not for the grownies this morning. I don't have a pan yet, and my recipe makes a 9x13.

I need to get an air fryer lid too!

That way I can donate the Presto air fryer to save space

I'm still going back and forth on whether I should get the IP lid or an actual air fryer.

I use the instant pot for slow cooking and pressure cooking now. Adding the air fryer lid would free up a lot of space!

It is an add on for the instant pot that turns it into an air fryer. This one works with my IP.

It's like a mini convection oven, you put the food in a basket inside the air fryer and the hot air goes all around it and browns/cooks it

It also gets results similar to a deep fryer without the oil.

Can you cook from scratch in it - or do you use the pre-packaged ready to bake stuff?
I'm thinking for chicken wings - I have alot of wings from butchering in the freezer just waiting to be fried up.
