Well, with different GF flours that can be sticky, putting them on parchment could solve a lot of problems..This winter, I want to get into baking more. I really want to make a GF pizza dough that non-GF hubby will like, so we can have pizza night. And so I can stop buying frozen pizzas.
I know I won't have time until the garden is put to bed and the canning is done.
