Any Home Bakers Here?

My hands are pretty worn out and Sourdough is very easy for me. Glad to hear you’re going to give it a whirl!
If you have time, watch you tube videos on handling and shaping the dough. There are techniques you just have to watch someone do to be very successful at. There are tons of tutorials, so don’t get overwhelmed. But you’ll need to know how to handle a wetter stickier dough than what we’re used to. At least for me, I tend to bog down overthinking things.
Thanks, Sequel!

It's way too hot for baking. 100 F right now :hit

Too hot here also. Even the fish aren’t eating. Just got back from fishing. No bites whatsoever.

Making yogurt tomorrow! I found some packets of yogurt culture I bought during lockdown, and they're still in date, so why not use 'em? I recently found out I'm allergic to milk fat, so I'm grabbing some skim milk from the farmers' market tomorrow morning.

How do y'all flavor your yogurts? My favorite is chocolate
I add a Tbsp. of REAL maple syrup to the top of my half-pint jar when I open it. Mmm, yogurt! Have not made any in a while!
