@Grammy60 how are you doing? Last I heard, you were having some kind of surgery. If I’m mistaken, and it’s someone else, please let me know.

It was me, I had surgery on my right shoulder ( rotator cuff ) it was torn in two places with other issues. Surgery was on the 17th, Thanks for asking

Really? With all the cooking you do? How is that possible?

I make it generally every other week. I've gone to Barilla's "no boil" noodles. They work great (as long as you don't get the gluten free ones) and saves a bunch of time and agony dealing with limp cooked noodles. Pizza on the "off" week.

I would be far more inclined to make Cheese spaghetti.

Now I will probably be eating it for a week.
