I cut lasagna recipes in half and bake them in a 9x9 pan

Could make two of those and freeze one for later.

My friend buys the "bread pan" aluminum trays and makes 4 lasagnas from her recipe - which would normally be a 9x13 pan. She bakes up one and freezes the other 3. Pull a pan out of the freezer and bake. 1 small pan gives 2 servings for supper and a leftover for lunch - so perfect sized for the 2 of them. That means her 2 hours of recipe making makes 4 suppers.

I just made meatloaf and froze the leftovers which gave me seven meals.

Also, I made four thin loafs for my husband to make his meatloaf sandwiches.
