Any Home Bakers Here?

Bakers good afternoon one and all!

I was late coming back from a physician's appointment yesterday.

My husband ask if I wanted to bring home supper.

I told him NO and ask him to get the ham and spinach Quiche from freezer.

When I got home all I had to do was set it in the oven then turn the oven on and let it cook, of course, dinner was fantastic.

It's started to smell more like sourdough after I did the last feed. I mistakenly added wholemeal this more then added rye 10 minutes ago that's when this sourdough smell came through :)
Keep adding rye and you are good to go as a rye starter!
