I love today’s weather here. Cloudy, overcast, cool verging on chilly, windy.
I’m making chili tomorrow night! My first chili of fall. I am a staunch believer in beanless chili, so no beans here.

Lol. That reminds me of my dad buying chili at the store "I'm not paying all that money for beans!" We have a great copycat recipe for Wendy's chili. We make extra and freeze it. I rate my food by how many coworkers pop their head up over the cube walls when the husband heats up his lunch.

I have recently added making chilie to my cooking like to put ground beef and a bit of stew meat cut up bite size.

They were cooked, though. Tasted like not-quite-done pinto beans. Kinda. With a kick of peanut.
