Any Home Bakers Here?

In the subject of baking: I'm experimentally going GF for a bit. See if it helps with any of this myriad of physical ailments I have. Will report back. May not do much baking for a bit. But I will be lurking and drooling. Phht! Holidays. Great time to go GF, LOL!
Good luck! Costco carries a 5 lb bag of King Arthur Flour 1 for 1 GF flour that I love.

1 GF flour that I love.
I use Namaste brand GF flour and it seems to work well for me. I'm going to try making my own GF with rice and maybe oats...? GF is $$.

I just googled it: There are 2 cities named Belding in the US. Here in Michigan, and one in Texas.

Whoa, it's rarer than I thought! That's the only two in the Whole. Wide. World. :lau

I know someone who lives on Wyoming Street in Wyoming, Michigan.
I knew a girl from Wyoming, New York.

I see ads on the Wyoming craigslist from people who are supposed to be posting on the Michigan section because they apparently don't realize that Wyoming the state is not part of Michigan.

Back to baking... I need to make two loaves of GF bread for stuffing. The local grocery has a special every year, turkey is 39 cents a pound if you spend $50. There weren't a lot of turkeys left, and I ended up with a 20 lb (!) turkey. There are going to be a LOT of leftovers!

I'll be looking for some recipes, that's for sure. Turkey instead of chicken in a white chili, turkey hash... anyone have some family favorites that they make out of leftover turkey?
