Here are the pictures of my silicone bread baking mat. The center part is 8" in diameter. The side tab lifter thingies are 6" long.
It came in a box, rolled up like this:
I thought it was going to have a permanent curl to it, but it unrolls nice and flat.
If I get my act together (read: a$$ out of bed), I will try my hand at a GF SD loaf tomorrow. It's supposed to be a high of 26 degrees, and baking a loaf of bread at 450 sounds like a good thing to do.
