I let mine cool overnight before cutting. Had a very dense and tough (ahem, overbaked) bottom crust. Was also very hard to cut but I have weak arms. Is why I am trying French loaf pan this time. Round loaf too thick for me to cut easily. Will report results later.Tasted WONDERFUL. I used a Dutch oven for the recipe I used.
Had some trouble cutting it, though. Maybe it’s because of all the holes inside it. I don’t know.
