Ginger Snaps
Use 375 oven.
2 c sugar
1c shortening (lard, spry or crisco)
2 eggs 1 c molasses
1 tbsp vinegar
2tsp soda disolved in small amt of very hot water.
1 tbsp ginger
little salt
5 cups of flour to make a stiff dough
Roll in small balls or spread over a cookie sheet
If you do the balls press with a glass

I just figured out how to take screenshots on my stupid google5 phone and save them to my photos folder! I now have this recipe saved, woohoo!
