@Aria What is the magical measures for feeding your sourdough? I recently rehydrated some SDS and it seems to be slow in recovering.
Ron gave to me: 1/2 cup SDS 1/2 cup water
and 2/3 cup flour (I use bread flour, whole wheat flour, and rye flour to make the 2/3 cup. It seems to
have made my Geneses SDS Stronger. The first time I used it....I place a paper plate under the vessel and it went out of the jar. This time I used
a larger container and it rose to the TOP. Love it.

I made my Sourdough Multigrain Seeded New Recipe again to ship to Florida. Ron gave me the
measurements to feed my Sourdough Starter. WOW
My SDS Genesis LOVES the new ration Ron gave me.
It rises so STRONG.
RON, THANKS AGAIN...YOU ARE A MASTER. Aria
