Ron gave to me: 1/2 cup SDS 1/2 cup water@Aria What is the magical measures for feeding your sourdough? I recently rehydrated some SDS and it seems to be slow in recovering.
and 2/3 cup flour (I use bread flour, whole wheat flour, and rye flour to make the 2/3 cup. It seems to
have made my Geneses SDS Stronger. The first time I used it....I place a paper plate under the vessel and it went out of the jar. This time I used
a larger container and it rose to the TOP. Love it.
