Ugh, I can’t wait till I beat these dang Covid aftereffects so I can get back to baking. I think I may have pneumonia, going to the doctor for it tomorrow morning.

-2 right now. Clear, sunny, and so cold it makes my nose hurt to breathe. I put a dish of snow in the coop this morning, so the chickens don't have to go outside for water unless they want to.

We have a Chuck-it for our Gus. He gets so excited when he sees it come out of the closet, lol. We even have the glow in the dark ball for it so we can use it after work in the winter time.. The only problem is that it throws it so far, I will accidently toss the ball out of the fenced yard ...

We are at 30 here! Morning Bakers. I did get my sourdough out.. Warmed it then stired, it is happy starter.

We’re at 41 right now and still dry! I’m baking 2 loaves today. Planning on slicing and freezing one, hoping I get a few more days between baking.

Well, if I hadn't taken some starter out to make a sourdough pancake this morning, I would have had enough to make a loaf of bread tomorrow. So it'll get pushed back a day.

And the pancake was really, really tasty.
