I won’t say it’s a recipe to copy, but it got the job done.
Pb sd dog treats
I used a cup of very wet starter (thin because I wanted to see the bubbles!), and mixed in a cup of AP flour.
After sitting for twenty minutes in a cold kitchen, I added about 1/4 C pb. I then began kneading by hand. I didn’t need more water.
After half an hour, I preheated the oven to 375*, and pulled off small pieces of dough. I squished them flat, and put them on a lightly sprayed pan… because it just now occurred to me that parchment paper would’ve worked. After the preheat, I baked for 15 minutes. The bottoms are a golden color. I thought 15 minutes might be too long, but it was okay. They puffed up nicely considering the short rest times, and now the dog will be hounding (get it? He’s a hound!) me for all of the treats.
