Good evening everyone!

Planning on making sourdough tonight for Easter tomorrow. I hope it turns out well!

Maybe I’ll make some no knead bread also.

Think I'm going to try a GF sourdough English muffin bread. Still getting the hang of using SDS, but I figure if the bread doesn't turn out with as much nooks and crannies as the recipe says it should, or just bakes up flat, it will still slice and toast up just fine I think.

Other bakery stuff planned is a focaccia pizza and maybe some brownies. Kiddo loves brownies and my DF vanilla custard ice cream, but I'm not up for making the custard base tonight.
