Any Home Bakers Here?

Hope everyone had a nice Easter!

Whomever it was that mentioned bacon on pizza... I think I love you.
Thick cut Canadian bacon....:drool
Pre-baking the focaccia crust base fully first was the answer and gave me both a crunchy crust around the edges and a nice chewy crust in the middle.

The GF sourdough english muffin bread turned out well too. The closest thing I've had to Thomas' English Muffins since I had to go gluten free. Nooks and crannies galore, but in toast form. It needs a little altitude work still as I think it rose too high, but it's going in with my regulars.
