Temps 30 here. You had a drop since yesterday. I baked two loaves of Sourdough
Multigrain Seeded Bread ....my daughter is visiting today. One for her....one for me.

Had to go to the ER last night. I got back about 3-4 AM this morning.

What happened was I took my nighttime meds last night. After taking them, I saw I made a big mistake in my pill box.

I accidentally put a different med in my nighttime box, and triple dosed on my ADHD medication. I normally take 60mg of this med in one day, I accidentally took 120mg extra, totaling 180mg in one day.

We called Poison Control and they said to take me to the Emergency Room immediately.

We got there and I went straight back to the room. They gave me something that I can’t remember the name, and observed me until 2:30 in the morning. After that, they let me go home.

I am doing better now, but I can’t make this mistake again. It was an honest mistake, but it could have had disastrous consequences.
