I dabbled with making sourdough rolls some time back. I also found a great recipe for spicy cheese crackers using all the excess starter. I have to say .. they were addictive!

Finally started baking x-mas cookies, started very late this year, had/have so many doctor and physiotherapy appointments

Had an unusual amount of cookies breaking this year cos the chocolate stuck to the metal family didn’t mind and gobbled it up, but I need more cookies for a 60. birthday party and hubby’s x-mas office party
Next I will bake the gingerbread cookies, I volunteer at a refugee shelter, and the kids are looking forward to decorating cookies every Christmas

I love fondu, what kind are you fixing?

We made cheese fondu. Sometimes we go all the way with oil for cooking as well as a dessert fondu at the end. It's a fun thing for everyone
