Hello, hello!
I was not aware that this thread existed until recently. I have always loved baking but hubby went on a strict low carb diet so that put the hobby on hold. The restrictions have eased up and am enjoying the aroma of yeasted dough once again.

Welcome , nice to have you, you do know that there are a lot of low carb recipes out there?! But I must admit, I love eating carbs ( but not what they do weight wise )

We are still too cold here, 12 , but feels like 6 supposed to get up to 33 F

Just baked an raspberry cake with frozen raspberries, tomorrow hopefully there will be no frost, and I can finally get the container filled with sticks and leaves ( from the drainpipes) since somebody is coming to help me, he will get a slice ( or 2 )

That looks good! Did you get your new dishwasher?

I did yesterday was such fun, just putting dishes in the dishwasher and taking them out CLEAN and DRY
