I did yesterday was such fun, just putting dishes in the dishwasher and taking them out CLEAN and DRY

Just baked an raspberry cake with frozen raspberries, tomorrow hopefully there will be no frost, and I can finally get the container filled with sticks and leaves ( from the drainpipes) since somebody is coming to help me, he will get a slice ( or 2 )

Yes. I just love to bake something and do it almost everyday. Recently for example I baked simple cupcakes with strawberry jelly inside and cream on it

Made the apple cake with Cosmic Crisp apples instead of Honeycrisp apples. With Honeycrisp it is good. With Cosmic Crisp it is even better.

Welcome , nice to have you, you do know that there are a lot of low carb recipes out there?! But I must admit, I love eating carbs ( but not what they do weight wise )

We tried the low-carb stuff but it just wasn't quite the same. It might probably was psychological so we've soldiered through until we got to this point.
As a result we had a very satisfying birthday.
