Oh, my yes! I tell myself that my sensitivity to gluten is NOTHING compared to celiac. My reaction to gluten? My shins itch. They REALLY itch (it's like the bone itself itches, gah!), but that's nothing compared to celiac disease.

I do try to focus on the good in my life, @Aria! Thank you for reminding me.

I'm serious when I tell people that I'm the luckiest person I know.

What kind of cake is it?

I like the looks of the cake and it looks delicious.

Chocolate raspberry torte with more raspberries as garnishing than the recipe called for to prevent scuffles when serving.

That was kind of weird. I didn’t receive an email notification that anyone posted. I’m sure it was just an error on my end.

I was able to get my sourdough starter up and running again. I think I’m going to try baking some sourdough tomorrow.
