recipe....?
3/4 cup flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
Mix dry ingredients
In a separate bowl melt 1 stick of butter and add 1/2 cup chocolate chips (milk or dark, my husband prefers milk, he says the dark makes them a little bitter) mix until you have a smooth chocolate mixture. Add to your dry ingredients and mix until you have a nice fudge consistency. Then add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup of discard. Mix until fully incorporated.
Bake at 350 in a greased 8x8 pan for approximately 45 minutes.

Thanks for the update!

With my oven, I would check for doneness at 30 minutes.

Do you have a convection oven?
The gas convection I have automatically lowers the temp by 25 degrees so should be close to time with regular ovens.

I also have a convection toaster oven that that does not lower the temp so I do that my self for that one.

Even regular ovens can be bad at keeping the temperature in range though so it is best to always check earlier than the recipe says to make sure you do not over bake a recipe. Of course using an oven thermometer can help a lot!
