This is what it looks like and this is the closest recipe I have found and tried it and I think its very close to her recipe (link) but idk why nobody calls it orshteds Im most likely spelling it wrong it could be a german word

Don't know if it would help or not. My late MIL had knee pain, turned out she needed a hip replacement. She thought the dr was a nut, but turned out he was right!We see a lot of ads on TV for the Good Feet Store. Hubby has some knee pain, but he has poo-pooed the idea that they could help.
That's not how it works. They fix you up with a set of three inserts for your shoes and you wear them for a certain number of hours each day. I put one set in each of three pairs of shoes instead of swapping the inserts around all the time. I just change my shoes throughout the day. They are pricey! But worth it, to me anyway. I thought I was going to end up in a wheelchair. I could not even stand at the stove to cook! I'm back to normal now. Hallelujah!Make a sweet deal with him to try at least one pair of shoes from the Good Feet Store and you will get off his back.
