Any Home Bakers Here?

I did a variety of baking Sunday. Made some pizzas,
My apprentice, sent me this link to YouTube,, So I decided to take him up on it.

Here it is. Placed peperoni slices first on top,, well raised pizza dough.View attachment 3801801
Then spread cheese over peperoni. Mozzarella.

Now the sauce.

Sprinkled lightly with parmesan, and Mexican cheese.

Dusted with herbs. Oregano, and Italian seasoning.

Baked @440°F for about 20 minutes. Wanted the extra moisture from sauce to somewhat evaporate. Did not want a soupy topping.

Mighty delicious. :drool:drool:drool... So intend to make at least one of the pies this way each time we bake pizzas.

The sauce on top of the cheese reminds me of the way I make quiche, with cheese on the bottom to help with keeping moisture out of the pie crust.
