It turned out looking good

I try not to use the oven in summer I had to use it yesterday, a friend of mine is celebrating her birthday, and wanted me to bring a pie, I made 2 ( we had to try it if it turned out ok )

The dough is made out of oil and quark , next time I’ll use butter, the taste of the oil was too strong, not neutral, and butter tasted better anyways

Butter and lard maybe?

We have had Tornados....NEAR....Canandagua Lake and Rome.
Rome about 17 miles from here. S C A R Y.
