Same here. I may also dust the Crisco lining with flour.I actually do not use spray I use crisco to coat mine.
You could line the pan with parchment paper.Got a baking question for you all.
I just finished making chocolate zucchini bread, here’s the recipe I used.

As you can see, it got stuck to the bottom, despite me taking all the measures to prevent that. I sprayed the bottom with cooking spray thoroughly, and yet it still stuck somehow. It broke coming out of the pan.
What can I do in the future to prevent this? What went wrong this time?
