Did you grease the pan and toss flour around the pan after? The flour is key! And don't use fake butter it has too much water in it

I did not. Thank you so much for pointing that out. I will definitely try it next time I make zucchini bread.

Got a baking question for you all.

I just finished making chocolate zucchini bread, here’s the recipe I used.

It turned out delicious, but I had a lot of trouble getting it out of the pan.

As you can see, it got stuck to the bottom, despite me taking all the measures to prevent that. I sprayed the bottom with cooking spray thoroughly, and yet it still stuck somehow. It broke coming out of the pan.

What can I do in the future to prevent this? What went wrong this time?

Lining the pan with parchment paper could be helpful.
