This was earlier. I swear, he’s interested in whatever I’m doing in the kitchen.

Technically speaking, it’s going in the basement. It’s a lot cooler down there there, and conditions are better for aging cheese.

I’m glad it worked out too, but let’s not get my hopes up. We have to wait till October 4th to find out if it’s successful.

Good news regarding the cheese, it didn’t leak at all last night. I now know that I fixed the problem.

Good morning home bakers.

I am so tired of crutches. A few days ago, I managed to make cookie dough, and one batch of cookies while primarily sitting at the table. Yesterday, I made garlic rolls. I was not sure they were worthy of sharing, but my housemate didn’t want to share, and the people at the luncheon were happy. I was even asked if they were from a bakery. What a relief!

I use a stool in the kitchen when I'm cooking related to my back pain.
