Any Home Bakers Here?

Bakers good afternoon one and all!

Tea is ready.

Temperature is in the 80s partly sunny strong gusty winds.

Have a great day!

@BecksNesting and @saving grace --- welcome to this thread.

Its been a busy two days for me.

The wind damaged some of my coop.

I will have to put the piece of metal roof on and fix the netting on the cover to the run.

Trying to work on the demolition of my coop with replacement.

Hi guys! I've been off thread for a while, didja miss me? 😉 Been fiddling with baking as I've been trying to re-learn how to bake and cook within the parameters of my grand-daughter's dietary limitations. She has non-celiac gluten sensitivity and alpha-GAL mammal product allergy. So no meat or dairy from basically any four-legged critters. Fish and poultry are fine. I'm still baking some wheat products for her brother, DH and myself, with plans to adapt to GF, but ... she cheats as she can't resist the goodness. Benadryl helps. So anyway, here's todays baking. It is not GF.

This was my first attempt at pretzels. I don't use mustard but they were quite tasty dipped in a non-dairy cashew "cheese" dip I'd made a few days ago. In all honesty, it doesn't taste all that cheesy, but it is good and went well with the pretzels and was easy to make.
