Any Home Bakers Here?

Just made edible cookie dough...Still not the same as cookie dough that you would eat when you are making actual cookies...I think the egg makes a difference in how it tastes lol😋This is the recipe I used, and it made a huge batch! It made as much if not more dough than if I was making regular cookies. The recipe said "microwave the flour in 20 second intervals until it reaches 165 F so that it's safe to eat raw." Yeah well I didn't know how long it would be until it reached 165 degrees so I just microwaved it for 2 minutes😆 And the flour was all caked and chunky!!!!😂 But I whisked it a lot and it wasn't as chunky anymore....In the end, the cookie dough had small flour chunks in it lol!!!!🤣🥲
