Any Home Bakers Here?

Oh, I just throw 4 eggs, 1-1/2c dairy (I used 1c half & half and 1/2 cup of heavy cream this time) in a blender with a splash of vanilla, dash of salt and a shake of cinnamon with a little larger shake of nutmeg. Blend that up, put in your favorite booze if you want, or don't and that's it! 🧑‍🎄
Are the eggs half incubated? Duck, chicken, quail, turkey…? Should I remove the shells? :caf
 
My thanksgiving menu plan:

Turkey
Prime rib
mashed potatoes
Giblet gravy
Green bean casserole
Pumpkin pie
Stuffing
Rolls
Apple pie
Key lime pie

What’s on your plan?

My Thanksgiving Dinner will consist of:

Small turkey breast
Mashed potatoes
Green bean casserole
Cranberry casserole
Gravy
Rolls
German Chocolate cake

and that is too much.
 
I am very much looking forward to seeing if my KitchenAid mixer will whip eggs whites stiff for meringue. That will be a first: actually getting stiff egg whites, not just "almost."
Oh it will! I use mine all the time just make sure you use vinager on the bowl and wisk to wipe off any residue before you do!
