I don’t liiiike it. I tried it plain, I tried it with hummus, and I tried it with melted cheese.
I am going to try another recipe (NOT KA ), and make it sweet.

There are a few focaccia recipes in the index. I made the one Aldi has on their website,,, and liked it.
I know there is more than one way to skin a cat. Although I never skinned a cat,,, or a dog for the record...

Before doing the Aldi recipe, I used to make focaccia from Tube Biscuit dough. Then top with varying seasonings/ingredients.
It was like a poor mans pizza effort

You guys are GENIUS!! I made cookies today, and I did the softened butter method, it worked so well!! Here is the pics of the pink sugar cookie. Let me know if you want the recipe for these delicious cookies!

For those of you who are concerned, I just heard from @Ladies-Eight. Something did happen to her, and she was in the hospital.

She said that we will see her on the Baker’s thread soon.

At least she’s alive.

Oh my! It's terrible that she got hurt!! I'm so glad she is OK, though! I will be praying for her!

She didn’t tell me much. All she told me was that she was admitted December 23, 2024 for a fall in ICU, and that she got out January 1st, 2025.

She said she’s in rehab and that we would see her on the thread soon.

She also said, “temperature is in the 80s with expected rain showers.“

That’s the way I understand it, but I don’t know if it’s accurate. Like I said, she didn’t tell me much.

re hab? Sounds like she may have fallen...I suspect...it happeded to me. EEK. Time will tell.
