Haven’t posted in a while, life has (as usual) gotten away with me, will be helping a friend move some of her parents stuff to Sweden …been driving to their apartment and loading up the car, have to get a seat removed to make space, my left knee has been acting up and daughter has been home for a week with cough and sniffles ( something I really don’t need right now with the long trip looming ahead) , my oldest chicken had what I thought was an abscess , turned out it is a ( benign 
) tumor, but she is in good shape, no need to get her euthanized ( right now) and no operation, she is too old for that ( oldest chicken the vet ever treated , and she is a specialist , there are only 30 of them in all of Germany, for poultry)
planed raised beds, but not enough time for that right now, oldest chicken also has bumble foot I have to treat every day…
The chicken being treated is on the right, she will turn 12 in August ( here is me, hoping) her mother died 2023 when she was 11,5 years old) As you can see the ground is bone dry, hasn’t really rained the past 6 weeks
