This is what I baked for Mothers Day Fiesta at the house.
Poppy seed rolls. Coppertone tanned, Used egg yolk top dressing.
The roll cakes are yeast raised.

This roll is Shredded Pineapple filled.

This blondie, is basic Yellow cake, with Chunk Pineapple, pieces, and Sliced peaches. No oil, or butter. Liquid portion was the Juice/syrup, from canned fruit. Baking powder raised.

My Black Forest Cherry cobbler. Basic baking powder raised cake with cocoa, to give it dark color. No oil, or butter. Cherry juice from canned fruit, and some milk as liquid portion.

I received an email from King Arthur Baking. The recipe was for a small batch (2) of biscuits. It said something along the lines of, “for small households, a whole batch isn’t practical.” :idunno I have a monster that eats everything left on the counter overnight. 3 dozen cookies, a dozen doughnuts…
 
Rhubarb Dream Bars

Heat oven to 350* , line pan with parchment.

Crust

2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar

Mix, press into 10x15 pan, bake for 15 mins.

Beat together;

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix in 4 cups rhubarb, pour /spread over hot crust.

Bake 45 mins.
