If this question was for me, could do it overnight. I'm just short on time to decide which bread I'm going to enter. I have 2 more recipes to try. I'm just getting ready to share how the Focaccia turned out... spoiler, it was pretty good.
I'm mostly happy with this recipe. I will need to figure out a better way to incorporate the cinnamon sugar mix. I think it needs to be dimpled in before I make the folds. I'm very happy with the structure and texture. I might cut back on the cinnamon. It was actually sour enough.
I still need to see what it tastes like when it's cold, to know if it will be worth entering.
I didn't have cream cheese for the frosting, so I did a thin buttercream glaze. I'll buy some cream cheese tomorrow and frost the other half. Then try it cold.
