I used to have back problems, then I found a sort of curved plank, it almost looks like a c, but isn’t curved as much, you stand left and right on the edge, so it is a bit wobbly, it really trains the muscles in your back, and standing isn't that bad anymore, of course is doesn’t work a miracle, and takes time, but after a while, it really helpsFudge anyone?

Someone recently said they hate having to make bread in stages. I hate making fudge.
My sciatica is acting up. The standing at the stove to stir for 15 minutes about killed me.
