Waterfowl prices are ridiculous but have you checked what they want for ducklings and goslings?

Both can be true. You can hunt for fun, but you can also hunt for food. Personally, I do both.

If I am hunting something, I’m gonna have a good time trying to hunt it. If I succeed in hunting something, I use as much of the animal as possible. For example, this is why I don’t throw out the giblets when I shoot a duck. This is why I save fat when I shoot a goose. I believe in using as much of the animal as possible.

This conversation is making me want to pick up some steel shot and go out for waterfowl sometime before the season closes. So far I’ve only taken one duck.
