Anyway, back on the baking subject, I have a very serious question for you all.

I am seriously considering going to culinary school. I’m wondering if you guys have any input on this, and if you think I should do it.

It is the month and day. It does not include the year so that it can be used every time that it is the day after Christmas. The year it was originally made was 2013.

My grandfather, the one who was a professional chef, actually talked to me today. I told him about the idea. He actually gave me some very good advice.

“Whether you end up working at and/or owning a restaurant or end up doing something else, it’s a win-win because you are learning a skill you can utilize and improve in your home.”

Frankly, I agree with him. Whether I end up successful in a restaurant or not, it’s a very good skill to know, and it will definitely help my family because I’m helping cook frequently.

I might also be able to help improve everyone else’s cooking here if they need advice or something, who knows!

I’m looking at recipes, and I found one that calls for ground beef, ground pork, and ground veal.

I’m looking online, and I’m not finding much for veal. I’ve never seen it in stores.

How the heck do you get a hold of it?
